OUR MISSION

The Undergraduate Law Journal for Minority Women (ULJMW) is dedicated to empowering women of color and other underrepresented women by providing opportunities to engage with legal scholarship through research, writing, and publication. Founded in 2023 by University of Texas at Austin undergraduate Sonali Muthukrishnan, ULJMW serves as a platform for students to explore legal issues from diverse perspectives while developing their analytical and writing skills. Our mission is to amplify underrepresented voices in legal discourse, facilitate intellectual growth, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the legal profession.
